We make sure every product is carefully inspected, packed with care, and shipped securely. However, we also understand that sometimes unexpected issues may occur — and we’re fully committed to resolving them in a transparent and timely manner.
When Can You Request a Return or Replacement?
We accept returns or offer replacements only in specific cases. If your product:
- Arrived damaged or broken
- Has a manufacturing defect
- Is completely different from what you ordered
…then you are eligible to request a return or replacement. To initiate the process, please email us at info@kraftedkingdom.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Don’t forget to include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos (and if possible, a short video) showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
This helps our support team quickly review and process your request.
Please note: Our items are handmade, and slight variations in color, size, or texture are natural. These are not considered defects, but rather a beautiful part of the craftsmanship.
Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products are not eligible for return or refund, unless they arrive damaged or faulty. Similarly, returns will not be accepted if the product has been:
- Used or washed
- Tampered with
- Sent back without original packaging and tags
- Requested for return after 7 days of delivery
What Happens After You Request a Return?
Once your return request is approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup from your address (if our courier partners support it in your area). If not, we’ll request you to self-ship the item and share the tracking details.
- If the issue was from our end (damaged, wrong, or defective item), we’ll bear the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to a change of mind (only under rare accepted exceptions), the return shipping charges will need to be borne by you.
As soon as we receive the product back and our quality team inspects it, we’ll initiate the next step. In most cases, we offer store credit (valid for 12 months), which you can use for your next purchase. In specific situations, a monetary refund can be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
Other Important Things to Know
- Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been shipped yet. Once the item is dispatched, cancellations or changes are not possible.
- Incorrect Shipping Address: Please double-check your delivery address before placing the order. If an incorrect or incomplete address causes delivery failure, and the parcel returns to us, we can re-ship it at an additional shipping charge.
- International Orders: We proudly deliver across the world. But international customers should be aware that import duties, taxes, or customs charges are not included in our product prices. These are to be paid directly by the customer to local authorities at the time of delivery.
If such charges are not paid and the parcel gets rejected or returned, we will not be able to issue a refund, as these are government-imposed costs.
