You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that it hasn’t been dispatched from our facility. Once the order has been processed and shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. Our products are often handcrafted, made-to-order, or carefully packed shortly after order placement — so timely cancellation helps us avoid unnecessary processing and costs.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will issue a full refund using your original payment method.

Once we receive your request, our team will verify the status of your order and confirm whether the cancellation can be processed. If eligible, your cancellation will be confirmed within 24 hours.
Cancellation After Dispatch
Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled once they are shipped. We use third-party courier partners for delivery, and once a package is in transit, we no longer have control over stopping it. In such cases, you may opt to accept the parcel and initiate a return if applicable, following our Returns & Refund Policy.
Note: Return eligibility depends on the condition of the product and the nature of the return request (e.g., damaged, incorrect item, etc.).
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation is successful (within the eligible time window), a full refund will be processed to your original mode of payment. Refund timelines are as follows:
- Credit/Debit Cards & UPI: 5–7 business days
- Net Banking or Wallets: 5–10 business days
- COD (Cash on Delivery): Not applicable unless paid online during checkout

While rare, there may be instances where we are unable to fulfill an order. These situations include:

Cancellations for Custom or Made-to-Order Products
Some of our products are customized or made-to-order, especially items that are handcrafted by artisans based on your preferences. Please note that such products cannot be canceled once the production process has started.
