What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a wide range of secure payment options, including Credit/Debit Cards and PayPal. For international orders, we also support trusted global payment gateways. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at the moment.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, your payment details are processed through encrypted and PCI-compliant payment gateways, ensuring complete safety. We never store sensitive payment data on our servers.
When will my order be shipped?
As all our products are handcrafted, we usually dispatch orders within 3–7 working days after order confirmation. The exact timeline depends on the product’s complexity.
How long does delivery take?
For orders within India, delivery usually takes 5–10 working days after dispatch. International delivery timelines range from 17–30 working days, depending on the shipping method chosen and customs clearance.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email and/or WhatsApp update with your tracking number and courier partner details. You can track your shipment directly on the courier partner’s website.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide using trusted courier partners like DHL, FedEx, and Aramex. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are payable by the customer at the time of delivery.
When can I request a return or replacement?
You can request a return or replacement if your item arrives damaged, defective, or completely different from what you ordered. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a short video showing the issue.
What items are not eligible for return?
Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products are non-returnable unless damaged or faulty upon arrival. We also cannot accept returns for products that have been used, washed, tampered with, or are missing original packaging.
How will I receive my refund?
In most cases, refunds are issued as store credit valid for 6 months. Where applicable, we can process a monetary refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned product passes our quality check.
What is your quality guarantee?
Every Krafted Kingdom product is handcrafted by skilled Indian artisans and undergoes thorough inspection before shipping. Slight variations in size, color, or texture are a natural part of handmade craftsmanship and add to the uniqueness of each piece.
