Order Processing & Dispatch Timeline

Once your order is successfully placed and confirmed, our team begins the process of quality checking, careful packaging, and hand-preparing your product for shipment. All our items are 100% handcrafted, and depending on the product’s nature and complexity, dispatch typically occurs within 3 to 7 working days.

Domestic Shipping (India)

We offer free shipping across India on all orders equivalent to or above $100 USD (approx. INR 8,300).
For orders below $100 USD, a nominal flat shipping charge of $6 USD (approx. INR 500) will apply at checkout.

Please note: The INR value may vary slightly based on current currency exchange rates at the time of purchase.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or WhatsApp update with:

• Your shipment tracking number
• Name of the delivery partner
• Estimated delivery window

Delivery usually takes 5–10 working days depending on your location. Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer, and we sincerely appreciate your patience.

Our courier partners will make up to three delivery attempts. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability at the time of delivery, the package will be returned to us. Re-shipping can be arranged at an additional cost.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide and ensure every order is carefully packed and dispatched from our workshop in India using trusted global courier partners.

We offer two international shipping options:

• Free Shipping — Delivery typically takes 21–30 working days.

• Flat Shipping Rate of $20 — Delivery typically takes 17–21 working days.

Please note that delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and customs clearance procedures. Unexpected delays due to weather or local regulations may occur, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Please Note:

• Duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are not included in our prices.
• These are to be paid directly by the customer to the local authorities or shipping partner at the time of delivery.
• Failure to pay these charges may result in non-delivery, and we will be unable to issue refunds in such cases.

All international orders are shipped from our workshop in India using trusted courier partners like DHL, FedEx, or Aramex.

Order Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing your Order ID and Tracking Number. You can use this number to track your shipment via the courier partner’s website and stay informed at every step.

If you experience any delays or issues, our customer support team is always happy to assist.
